Server becomes idle issue!

So when I have around 3 or more players connect and spawn into my server, if one of them re connects to the server, as soon as he spawns it causes all the players to lose connection because the server cpu goes to 0.2% ( and stays like that until I force restart the server). Nothing is showing up in the server console can someone please guide me, I tried to remove every addon and see if it happens but it’s difficult to tell.

I forgot to mention that I tried it on a different server host and I had the same issues.

Yes I did

Have you tried removing some of the addons otherwise it could also come from STEAM but very unlikely

I don’t think it’s the addons because I tried to remove them but it still seems like it happens
