Advanced Jewelry Robbery not working

I recently bought this mod, I've tried to do everything to make it work, but the only way for it to work is to manually spawn the jewel entities, but then if I disconnect the server they disappear, consequently no one can steal them, I've already tried using the toolgun and the perma prop but it doesn't work, does anyone have a solution for this?

• Take the Advanced Robbery Tool with your toolgun, and place all entities/npc positions. You also have access to the configuration menu.
• Some little things should be configured in a lua file :
• advanced-robbery\lua\advanced-robbery\sh_config.lua
• advanced-robbery\lua\advanced-robbery\sh_lang.lua
• advanced-jewelry-robbery\lua\jewelry-robbery\sh_lang.lua
• advanced-jewelry-robbery\lua\jewelry-robbery\sh_config.lua

have u follow all these and added ur admin role

I already tried to fix it and I wasn't successful
