F4 Menu not working on my server

It is enabled in darkrpdefaults. my keybinds are set correctly. and nothing is working. please someone point me in the right direction, thank you...

Can't believe no one responded to this, If you are still experiencing issues please add me and ill help you work through whatever is going on. Normally its something silly in these instances
