Job: Halo Map maker

I'm looking for a mapper to make a new haloRP map. What do I want in it? We can do this in 2 different ways that id be happy with.

Way 1- Have a ship in the sky that looks like a cruiser with multiple rooms in it. Brief/Debrief, ODST DropPods, Training room for new cadets, Bunks about 8-10 of them if not more maybe some bigger ones that would be donor bunks. Brig/police area, a generator to turn off the lights on the ship and make it dark, a cafe with a room I might put some chess/NPCs in, and a kill house training.

A map underneath with a few bases (3-4) with good terrain for 1 an event 2 sims 3 must look nice.

Way 2- No ship in the sky but a building/base that has the things said above in way 1 but has a teleporter to go to the outside with a nice map with multiple buildings like in way 1.

Way 3 would edit a map but update textures and add things to it.

(NOTE) I'm will spend more but I need to know the price and I do not expect to pay in full till it's done.

I have had a job with 2 R E K. He gave me updates and only requested half of the money when half of the work was completed. Paying in full is the worst way to do business as a lot of people don't do such a good job because they already got paid. I never pay in full without any work done. I don't know you and you don't know me why would I be required to pay in full with no work done at all? To go further on, when you pay in full a lot of the time, the estimated quote time is extended, so no thank you for paying in full. Already did that once and got the worst map I have ever seen.

I will pay half when half is done and the rest when it's done.
