Job: Experienced w/ Hammer - Semi-Custom Map for Server

I am currently seeking an experienced graphic designer with extensive knowledge with Hammer Map Editor to edit/create a gigantic RP map for my server to hold up to 80+ players as well as land, sea and air vehicles. The idea I was going for was the map to be an island with water surrounding it.

All I require is for two maps is to be merged into one map and possibly some server branding around the map.

Necessary Requirements:

• Physical map must be an Island with water surrounding it (for boats)
• Upgrade current skyboxes to their height limit (for WAC)
• All possible waterways, roads, pathways etc. must be continued onto both merged maps.
• Possible building/landmark rearrangement
• Server branding
