Job: Full compile on map (maybe any possible optimization)

Hello, I have a custom map made for my server. I just need it compiled and as I use my computer for other things, I'm unable to sacrifice the time required to do a full compile. So im looking to get someone else to do it but also make some optimization changes if possible not in depth ones just surface stuff that will reduce lag at any chance :)
