Job: Map Edit (Tits V2 --> Neon)

I would like someone to edit rp_downtown_tits_v2 and make it into a night time neon map such as how gm_neon_construct has done it. This would be a custom map to be used specifically on my server with the style of 'Raves, Parties and Nights Out' so would need to fit that theme.

This hopefully shouldn't be too hard as its just changing some colours, lights and more on an existing map however the budget is negotiable. I would also be looking for much more map edits in the future so the contact of a good map maker would be helpful.
