I am looking for a new system (similar to SuperiorServer's "gpakr") to be created, in which a select folder structured like an addon file with content (i.e. materials, models, etc.) are compressed into single .bsp files. These files would then be stored in the client's garrysmod/download/data folder (sent to the client/downloaded via a FastDL server), which seems to be both more permanent than the garrysmod/cache folder AND quicker to download than typical WorkshopDL or FastDL files. Worth noting that the FastDL process can be handled by me, I just need the system to compress the files. (I have also seen in some systems that .lmp files are used, this is fine too, whatever works)

This system should be configurable and usable by somebody with little to no lua knowledge, preferably with some sort of interface to compress new files. It also MUST be compatible with gluapacker.
As per the MIT License, I'd like for this to be used in private and possibly modified and/or distributed.
