Job: How to Create Working Starwars RP Turbo Lasers

I need someone to teach me some basic LUA in which I can create a working turret like the one in rp_stardestroyer. It has to be accessible by sitting down in a seat and then the camera changes where a player can move the turret around using W A S D and shoot lasers to give damage to enemies ships.
