Job: Create a Half-Life 2 Roleplay server

Looking for an individual to create or provide a fully developed IXHLRP schema with the following features:

• Terminals system for civilians to check their credentials and to contact Civil Protection
• Advanced clothing system along with accessories, such as glasses and gloves and loyalist bands
• HELIX layout remastered for different, inviting look compared to the traditional HL2RP server
• Fully functional crafting system with loot spawn system, crafting tables, etc.
• Factions already laid out for use, such as Civil Protection, Civil Worker's Union, etc.
• Unique datafile system for Civil Protection to use to place records, medical notes and transgression information.
• Scanners fully functional through their own whitelist (perhaps called Airwatch or something similar).
• Other traditional aspects of the common Half-Life 2 Roleplay server.
