Job: Simplistic Custom Model

I wish to have a custom model created for my character, Kiddley.

Due to the artist thinking he is funny and making the thighs massive for no reason, I am not wanting a 1-1 model, but instead want a model based on the gamemode Jazztronauts. If you haven't heard of Jazztronauts here is a reference pic on what those models look like:

I want one model with two skins, though one of the skins will simply just be a blank face for me to apply my own faces to. The other one will just be the default face seen in the art, which is what the model will have in game by default.
