Job: Customised DarkRP server

I would like a customised DarkRP server coding, i have a mind for LUA but I'm not the best and I do not have time to code as I work full time. I would like things such as Custom HUD with server name ect Crafting System to make the weapons and attatchments ect Mining system to get minerals to craft and drug growing in the server Custom F4 Menu categorys jobs ect (I can do the basic modifications myself) Hand Cuffs and a passenger mod that allows police to put people in the back of the car if cuffed This is going to be a SeriousRP server so will have alot more ideas, I'm not sure how much this would cost whereabouts so I will ask for offers from you developers.
