Job: Looking for a map creator to recreate a hometown for me

Hello, I hope you are well, I am currently looking for a map creator who may be able to make me a map of my old hometown that is based in the United Kingdom. This will include various different streets (can show satellite imagery and Google street view for reference. A river which flows through a wooded section and makes it way through the town, accessible houses and stores, countryside on the outskirts of the town.
