Need low-poly (of the period photo-scan) based models for a science fiction project, based mostly around 1990s interpretations of Cyberpunk 2020, GITS, etc. Will provide plenty of reference and direction.
Poly count doesn't need to be high, silhouettes just need to be strong and distinctive of every character. (See Beta Decay Game). Rigging doesn't need to be complicated, just functional. Jiggle bones for long coats and etc would be nice, but not necessary. No face posing needed, etc (characters won't have heads attached to body mesh unless there's a helmet involved).
I will provide smds to compile the models with (animations), or assist where I can.
Budget is of course flexible based on what you want to do, or how much. There's a lot of content to cover. Thanks.
Due date isn't really accurate, plenty of time, just present reasonable progress now and then, and we're good. Feel free to apply to discuss further details if you need more information.
