Job: Melee Weapons Help

Howdy! So I have the models, textures, and base. The textures and models come from the game Dark Messiah (another source game) and I really want to do is create a weapons pack using the models with the Melee Arts 2 Base. I think I'm mostly there but I have no clue how to do the steps like putting the textures over the models and making them held naturally in the player's hands.

Budget is negotiable, as well as time, however I am hoping to have this project done before the new year if possible.
