Job: Professional website

Hi there I am looking for a decent website platform. I want people to be able to make accounts and upload pictures and videos. I would like this to be semi professional. I need to see it work before I pay just a heads up I have logos and stuff like that I'd also like there to be a sort of admin mode on there for like the Owners account.
