Job: Require a custom DarkRP map (small suburban town)

Essentially I am looking for an experienced mapper to create a custom DarkRP map for my potentially upcoming server.

the map is nothing complex :)

the plan is to have a Manor/mayors house situated on a hill above a small suburban town complete with a forest! Specifics will be discussed later but it will be expected to have all the services required in a town.
