**Description:**

SWU has a custom shop & inventory system that allows players to buy items and place them on their personal. The problem we are having is that it's just set position and we would like for our players to adjust their items.

How it should work:

Players will have an extra tab on Inventory Tab preferably named "Item Adjustments"
Players can adjust X, Y, Z alignment, rotation, and have the option to resize model.
Restrictions for alignment, rotations and resizing so players can abuse the system.
gui needs to match what we currently have for other tab menus
players new adjusted models need to be saved through mysql.

Extra Work[optional and you'll get paid more]:

New tab that allows players to buy particle effects
New tab "power ups" they will be allowed to power up their rare accessory/hat. Ex: Extraordinary: Wings.
