Job: Auto-Promote / Auto-Rank Up

I've been having issues with the publicly available autopromote for a while and I'm tired of dealing with it as it's pretty old code and simply outdated at this point. With that being said, I want a plugin that works similar to it. If you don't know what it is a quick google search can tell you. It simply auto-promotes players based on amount of time they have on the server.

I want a plugin that works similar to it with the following features:

• Auto-Ranks players based on amount of time they have.
• Menu in-game access by typing !ranks with a menu of each rank that you can obtain, hours required, and rewards that you get for reaching that rank.
• Leaderboard for most time on the server. (Only display the top 10 users but allow the ability to search other players times by steamid.)
• Config file/in-game config for amount of time required to rank up for each rank and the ability to add what ranks I want to the auto-rank up.
• Configuration for rewards such as Pointshop 2 points etc for ranking up.
• Compatibility with ULX & UTime.
• Compatibility for any gamemode. (Specifically the original version of Prop Hunt & Original version of TTT. But I want it compatible with everything if possible).
• Lightweight and compatible with both MYSQL/MYSQLite.
• I want your support if anything goes wrong with the plugin. I expect it to run well and be lightweight on server performance. Experienced coders only please.
