Job: Need a custom playermodel

Hello, I need a custom playermodel for my DarkRP server. It´s from a famous program here in Chile. Some of my users had been asking for it, but in the workshop there are just images from him, and I need the playermodel. Here is an image from him:

I just need the playermodel to look similar to him, not exactly the same, thanks.
