Job: Weapon Charms and Weapon + Cosmetic Effects

I'm looking for someone to bring Weapon charm and Weapon + Cosmetic effects to the weapon base and cosmetics that I am using.

I have the models that I want to use for the Weapon Charms and the effects for the Weapon Effects and Cosmetics.

Afterwards the charms and effects will need to be itemized in the inventory system!
