Job: Need a plugin to disable forced respawn on Helix

On Helix servers, respawning is different from standard DarkRP. Rather than going down and respawning immediately by putting any kind of input into the game, you instantly get a respawn timer that forcibly respawns you upon death. We need a plugin to disable this feature and let people respawn by choice. We don't want players to respawn unless they are forced to by staff commands or choose to respawn themselves. We don't want the server to start a timer or instantly respawn them. We want it to work exactly the way it does in DarkRP.
