Job: TTT Weapon Placer Serverside

I want an Addon that allowes me to edit my Weapon Spawnlist Ingame. The UI should show me a list with all Weapons on the Server. I should be able to tick a Box to add this Weapon to the Spawnlist. I also want a Tool that allowes me to set Weapon Spawn Areas on the Map. I want to be able to Edit the Spawnskript for every Map.

PLS ONLY Apply if you know how weapon Spawns in TTT work. I dont want an complete Rewrite off the Original System.
