Description
Need a website basically from scratch with steamapi.
It needs to have alot of functions like a fully working forums, a custom shop system, ranking/access system, server stats shown and much more.
I can design pages in photoshop aswell.
Forums software can also be ipb, woltlab or something Similar, aslong as it looks like you are on one site.
So you could build it around an existing forums software.
