Job: 2 Custom Gmod Player Models Commission

I'm looking for someone who can use Blender well enough to make 2 different custom 3D models and also knows how to code them into player models for Garry's Mod, I'm only interested in using them for Garry's Mod so they must be compatible with the game.

I can send references on how I want them to look, I have very specific ideas in mind. I set the Budget to $200 because I wasn't sure what to set it as tbh but its open for negotiation since I'm gonna be picky about how I want them to look. Thanks in advance if this project interests you!
