Job: Flood gamemode remake/remaster for my server

I am looking for a developer to make a custom modernized version of the flood game mode for my upcoming server, price may be negotiable as well.

Some example features I'm looking for is easily updatable music player where i can add and remove songs freely, easily modifiable and addable weapon selections, easily modifiable props and prop health, and custom tools like a team flag and a boat propellor.
