Job: Looking for a swep base made

it is a melee swep and will therefore need to use some sort of tracing and not bullets so its reactive in PVP and PVE environment, you may use anything you want to acheive this as long as its performance in mind and responsive in pvp and pve, all effects seen in video need to match, i already have a third person mod, feel free to apply if you have reputation and previous sweps to show
