Job: Promotion System

Hello All!

I am looking for someone who can create a Promotion system including a vgui menu that allows for players in certain roles to gain access to a menu that allows for you to promote people and or demote them depending on your role, it also allows for you to add other people into different regiments, i want it to be compatible with the darkrp base gamemode for my SWRP server please
