Job: Re-create superman nextbot abilities in usable SWEP

Hi, basically I would like the superman nextbot's powers as a usable swep seen in this link:

I would like this in a usable swep, where the player starts to super speed fly around wherever the mouse aims while time slows down so they can control it, and then there's a red laser trail and invisible sonic boom fx happens when the player holds shift.

For left click, I'd like just some super strong punches that do shock waves, and a burning very strong laser with right click.

Basically I'm asking you to rip the effects from the workshop addon for this private swep.

I made a swep .lua like this with the basic rough idea sketch of how the superman swep "should" work except its not done or close to the real superman nextbot's effects or powers at all..

Would appreciate some help and will pay more depending on ideas.
