Overview:
The Addon should be able to award certain players medals and ribbons and those values should be editable by whitelisted personnel, regimental higher ups and fleet officers. When players get enough medals they are promoted (Using the Bwhitelist system). The gamemode we are going to be using this for is Star Wars Clone Wars RP.
Addon should be opened with a command for example, !medals and everyone should be displayed on a list to see their medals. Players should be displayed by their regiments and ranks for easier display and search. This could be in shown when you hold TAB.

Features we’d love:
-All medals/ribbons stored in a database, Sqlite is okay but SQL would be prefered.
-Able to make it so some whitelisted personnel can give players medals.
-UI so players can see there medals (Only the ones for the current rank so it doesn't get cluttered)
-Auto whitelist players when they reach the medal amount for their rank. For example when a player would be removed from their current whitelist and be whitelisted to the next whitelist which will be ( Customizable in a config )
Budget:
Budget is flexible. But give reason as to why you want to do the job for a higher price.
