Job: Gutting Playermodel

I just need a model compressed, several bodygroups completely removed, and the base model made to have specific bodygroups on it. For instance, the playermodel normally doesn't have a helmet and goggles, but a bodygroup puts a helmet and goggles on. Instead of them being a bodygroup, I'd like them to just be the base model and not be an option to take off at all.
