Job: Total Replacer compatibility with LAMBDA gamemode

Hey there I have a custom version of the Lambda campaign and total replacer!

There has been numerous edits to my version of Lambda/Total replacer. For some reason, I get the following problems with my version of Total replacer:

• Friendly AI such as citizens wont follow the player
• Wave spawning will spawn the AI (note D2_Prison_07) but it wont move them. For some reason total replacer just hijacks them. I want it to just replace them, not overwrite their old code.
