Hey there fellow mapper. I am looking for a mapper that can have a similar vision as this map has:

*However don't worry I have saved you some work as I have made a base structure vmf for you to follow to give you an idea of what I want structures to look like*.
The idea for the map is to be more combine dominated and a more closed off theme than the map above however still keeping a similar structure.
I have the vmf and the content for this map. I also have some other materials for you to use that aren't part of this maps OG content. All that you will be doing is some brush and prop placements a long with mostly copying and pasting and adjusting existing structures from the workshop map provided. I want this map to be as optimised as possible while also trying best to keep brushes limited. Hense why we have props for some of the structures.

Price is negotiable. Another thing I want you to know is that I am a mapper myself so I can help you with bits here and there
But the main reason I want this doing through a comission is that I am currently doing something IRL atm that's interupting me from constantly working on the map.
Who knows if you impress us you could stay as our long term map dev as the best that would make our server number 1 would be a dedicated community and team.
