Because some people use @ and other // so it can be very hard to see every ticket from player

Maybe im dumb, but when people create reports with !r they create it yes, but they dont see a "hey, the ticket worked, and admins got alerted"
they send the message all good, but no confirmation...
a text like "x mods are online, and will help u soon " would be cool
im feeling like there was a message like that, maybe i have a bug? i dont know because there isnt a playerside video.

It would be perfect if we could have the choice of the old design which I find much better, that we can have several prefixes (for example @ and ///) and that we could have a dropdown button on the tickets ( Example: Dropdown button on a "Teleport" button which would display the "Bring", "Goto" buttons, etc ...

If lightweight is what you're going for, it makes sense. All good :)


Suggestion, you should make it store the reports in the database and add a menu for admins to check up on their moderators. I would love to leave SH reports, but currently I don't see a point without that feature.
