I can't seem to get this to work, I've uninstalled the addon and threw it in the addons folder. Used @Help and nothing happens

That's an option in the config :)
cfg.preventchat - True means it will hide default asay messages by none admins, false means it will show both message and popup :)

Any way that we can keep ULX asay but have this seperate?

Fadmin won't break it, but it requires ulx

If you haven't already, use the lastest update. Try using cl_adminpopups_dutymode, and check that is on 0.

Hey man, for some reason the moderators can see it when it pops up but I cannot see it myself, even when I make myself moderator?

@roast, just launched an update with that
-Added close button allowing claimer to close case for everyone.
-Made freeze and jail buttons toggle, meaning it will unfreeze if pressed 2 times, 4 times, 6 times and so on.
-Add 'dutymode' convar and configuration. Owner can configure which jobs are 'on duty' and clients can use the convar to decide whether they want popups, chat notifications or console notifications, while off duty.

Can you make it so it only pops up on a specific job? As a lot of servers have jobs for staff on duty etc.

@Strain, autoclosing is configured by client via a convar. cl_adminpopups_closeclaimed <0/1> You also mentioned it remaining claimed. This is only true as long as the case CAN still be open on another admins screen. So if you close it prematurely, and they update the case, it will still be claimed by whoever claimed it in the first place. The buttons also use targeting via SteamID and not nickname or rpname, so that isn't an issue either. Hope that clears up your issues.

@Strain, If it the networking is done right, it'll go straight to the caller, unless he did it some other way.

I really want to buy this but... A lot of people have my community name before there RP Name so what if a player with like SOZ in front of there name and there is more then 1 of those players with SOZ it wont know who to target and wont go to them..
