How do I set it so when I claim a case the person that called the admin sees "your case has been claimed" then when I close it it'll say your case has been closed??

Please open a ticket if you're having problems with the script. It works natively with serverguard. Anyone with access to the report system will see popups instead.

There is no fucking backdoor (admins reactivate the script)
I am just waiting for curators to renable the script. Support should still be available, if you aren't able to open a ticket while it's disabled, feel free to add me :)
