Hello I am French and I bought your admin ticket, I downloaded it and I put it in the addons category and it does not work ... what should I do?
These are my notes, can't give ETA though.
- customizable commands
- claim top available case with command (for binds)
- change notification sound
- store claims via sql (gmod or mysql)
- a message for opening, claiming and closing a ticket.
Are you able to tell us a few of the new features in the rewrite and its possible eta?
Claiming the top available case sounds like a neat feature. Will add it to notes for rewrite.
So you set a keybind eg. (bind p "claimcase") and it claims the top claim that is on your screen and possibly (bind l "claimtp") and it then teleports you to your first claimed case. I know this sounds useless but some people on the server think it would be really good. Thanks!
Nope, but explain how you would want this to work and it could be part of the rewrite.
I'm admin on a server and want to ask if there is anyway you can setup a key bind to claim the case. Only if this is built in. Thanls :D

@Whipppy i got the same issue on my server, the addon is not working anymore
When a player does a report using '@ help' the sound pops but no notification pops up, started happening about 12 hours ago. Something happen to your server that HTTP uses?
You bring up a fair point with jail. I won't put any commands not included by default in ulx though, but making it customization is something I plan to do in the future when I start working on scripts again.
I don't get a few features like: Jail, Freeze. Why would you do that to the person reporting?
I would replace them with a features like: silent goto, Admin Area and/or bring. Best thing would be making it customizable...
The problem is that you sometimes exidently hit the wrong one and make people mad. Other then that it is an awesome little extra for ULX!

Hello, I have a problem with admin tickets, I put the commands of the ULX, I re-install ulx and ulib, I think I have nothing else like plug-in chat and it does work Still not, a resolution of the worry?

I asked the developer what the best way to implement it was, and did as he said. I also don't have this issue on my own server, neither do the vast majority of the other purchasers. Open a ticket and I'll gladly help whoever out.
@Jacob, for The Grand Bananas problem... Your addon does cause this. None of these errors come up when the addon is removed. Once the addon is installed, it causes all these errors. Both the developer of DarkRP and other addons have even pointed to this addon as the source.
That stack trace doesn't contain anything related to my script, but you can always open a ticket. Comment section is not for support.

Hi Jacob, I have your addon a long time ago. But just today, when a player wants an admin, or someone of my staff, nobody see the window... However my addon is configured. This bug is just for me or for all people who were buy this addons? Thanks..
