Hello, The popup is not displayed while in the config I put the guards that can receive but I do not receive the popup. And it is a user who made the ticket not a member of staff Regards.

For some reason i am getting normal darkrp admin calls and i set my friend to user and i still get normal darkrp calls. i have followed the installation but i have changed somethings in the code such as insted of "Claim case" i changed it to "Claim sit" and job that get popup to Staff on duty which is our staff on duty jo.
So do we have to have a "Staff On Duty Job" We cant just have ulx ranks that recieve the pop up. I was looking in the config,

I apologize for the ignorant question, but how does a player send a ticket? I set myself to user on a test server I have and attempted @ message but it simply put @ message in chat. Is there a command that users have to use?
It doesn't work for some reason, I got a guy to help me test it by typing to chat to call the admin but it never pops up? and one more thing how will we be able to see how many reports did a admin do?
