• Fixed a bug where you can't close a claimed case. This was caused by last update. Sorry!

• Turned debug mode off by default
• Added config for screen positioning (in case you have something important in top left)

• Added close button allowing claimer to close case for everyone.
• Made freeze and jail buttons toggle, meaning it will unfreeze if pressed 2 times, 4 times, 6 times and so on.
• Add 'dutymode' convar and configuration. Owner can configure which jobs are 'on duty' and clients can use the convar to decide whether they want popups, chat notifications or console notifications, while off duty.
