🖨️ Advanced Printers (Money Printing System)

To run their printer, the player needs to mainly manage 3 stats:

• The power/ink inside their printer.
• The heat of their printer.
• If there is a money limit, the amount of money will also need to be managed.

Ink and Power are managed with the Ink Cartridge and Battery. If the printer runs out of any one, it will pause until it receives more.

The heat is managed by pausing the printer every so often, to let it cool down. If the printer begins overheating, the heat bar will turn red and the printer has a chance of overheating and being destroyed.

If there is a money limit, the player will have to constantly take money out of the printer before it reaches the limit of what it can hold. If it reaches this limit, the printer will stop printing until the player takes the money out.

A printer can be upgraded in multiple aspects; Power Usage, Ink Usage, Cooling, Money Generation, Hack Protection and also the ability to purchase Remote Control of your printers.

To remotely control your printer, you can take a tablet weapon and use it to access a UI that allows you to select all the printers you can remotely control. Once you have selected a printer to control, you can view it's stats, resources, along with options to change it's Identifier (it's name), toggle it running, and also to wire the money inside of it to a ATM account (Check the features tab to see the addons supported for this feature).

A printer can also be hacked. Hacking a printer is a RP mechanism unique to Advanced Printers, that allows players to take ownership of printers after or during a raid. This way players can take printers for their own without prop protection preventing them from interacting with it.

To hack a printer, take the USB weapon and use it on a printer. You have to then protect the printer and yourself for the time it takes to hack it. If the player moves too far away or dies, the hack will fail.

If admins want to manage a printer, they can use the Admin SWEP. The Admin SWEP gives some small statistics, along with the ability to change the owner of a printer, set the money inside a printer, or just completely reset the printer. There is also a toggle for protection against letting admins use it on their own printers, as a way of preventing abuse.
