Tiny visual bugfix

Added some compression to net messages, should hopefully reduce the number of issues for players with large numbers of zone configs.

Fixed tiny bug

Removed unused debug message

• Fixed shadows drawing when they shouldn't.
• Fixed zone menus not displaying all teams when there are too many.

Minor bug fix for zones that change gravity.

Initial Release
