I think I managed to translate what this guy said, and he is correct. I guess the regular French host uses linux servers, and thus you will need to lowercase the foldername. This means changing it to "advancedarresting" or something (WITHOUT THE QUOTES OF COURSE). This is also the first thing I tell anybody that cannot manage to get the addon loaded.

J’ai acheté votre addon pour le temps de prison et caution, j’ai réussi à paramétrer les infos de base (temps max ou prix max caution).
Par contre je n’arrive pas à mettre en place l’addon sur mon serveur. En effet, c’est toujours le bâton d’arrestation par défaut qui marche et non pas celui du nouveau addon.
Pouvez-vous m’expliquer comment je dois modifier exactement l’addon pour que les policiers puissent utiliser l’addon et modifier le temps.
Encore mieux pouvez-vous m’envoyer le code source modifié et m’expliquer comment l’intégrer ?
