• Fixed SetUp error
• Fixed issue of rejoining needed for rank to be fully removed
• Added hooks ( "SG.PlayerRankUpdated" [steamid, new_rank, old_rank] ) and ( "SG.PlayerRankRemoved", [steamid, old_rank] )
