Fixed webhook error

- Fix concerning the uploading of pictures, for some reason, gmod freaked out so I changed a bit the code for that

- Removed a useless file

- Self-hosting for the picture upload (JS) and the discord webhook (PHP). The code is weird since a lot of parts are cutted from the original file and have 4 years difference. You have a how_to_use file and a docker file for the JS part. You will also need a environment file with keys for a RekognitionClient ( https://aws.amazon.com/fr/rekognition/ ), you can remove the code concerning that, but good luck with illegal pictures.

• Checking if the player is invisible when applying smileys in the camera app. Also, new config setting "agressive_smileys_nodrawDetect" to detect nodraw players if the first way doesn't work.
• Prevent players from using the camera app in selfie to see thought walls.

You need to update your config if you are using the default, provided background since I changed the links.

Old pictures may not work anymore after the update.
