1. Added new mario game

Changed the Mario game to a working one.

Suggestion update:

• Added delay on how often you can crack the arcade.
• Added a new config option.

Note: Update config file.

Mod feature requests:

• Add support for client to add their own game.
• Added two new icons & buttons for choosing games.
• Added supermario game as default.
• Had to recode some parts to add support.
• Added the workshop collection + readme.

Note: 5min work paid off.
