Yes I have that and I saw the examples but I'm still having an issue making the Donator category. I have so much job's in a category call "other" and i don't like that.

Yes you can make categories within DarkRP Modifications, not within Arivia. You can search the DarkRP Wiki for examples on how to make your own. There's also a jobs.lua file within DarkRP Modification that gives examples.
