💵 Better Banking (Banking System)

• Finally add MySQL support to the addon. Configs haven't been updated but be sure to include the new sv_config.lua file in the configs folder.

• Bugfix of a issue with the ATM Transfer screen.

• Fixes a issue with entity saving.

• Adds a config option to prevent ATM hacks unless there are a number of CP's online, via user suggestion.

• Remove debug code I forgot to remove that fucked card reader owners :/
