Boost Upgrades (55+ Boosts, Global & Personal Upgrades, Cooldowns & More)

UPDATE

• Changed the Factions Double XP boost for VoidFactions to overwrite XP.
• The current hook does not work for both factory types and thus this is the only solution.
• This also means there will be no notifications about double xp received for your faction. Just know it's doubled when the boost is enabled :)
