That is because SF is currently being DDoSed and PayPal is unable to "inform" SF that you have bought it, you should automatically receive it whenever the DDoSes settle down. If you still don't have it in like a day just send me a message and I will check it out and assign you manually.

No, there currently isn't, but I will be free basically the whole January and was thinking of doing some updates on my older add-ons :) So I will probably be adding it then.

Yes, your addon is still very useful for the other admin mods.
There are other add-ons for ulx ban messages, but they don't support as many admin mods as my add-on.
Megiddo just added the ban information to the latest ULX GitHub. http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,9157.0.html
It works with all add-ons except ones that alter the ban tables, like most global ban modules, they don't save bans in the local table, which means that ban msg can't get the bans.
What addons conflict with this? I have heard it doesnt work with a lot of addons.

Turns out @IronMen had hit the lua file limit, so it wasn't even loading the custom ban message files and also he was using it on a game hosted local server(Not dedicated) and it would obviously not work on him because whenever he quits the server it shuts down.

That is because you used an eCheck, it can take days until it finishes, don't worry I don't have the money yet, when I get it, you will automatically have access. It says it is expected to be cleared on Sep 3.
