Simple but useful system that add reports at your server. If you see an intruder, you can open the menu, choose a player, a reason, and if you wish, add a comment and links to photos and videos. Very soon admin will join you and solve your problem.
The user can send tickets with the command: "/ticket name reason" or use the menu. The ability to watch all his tickets, which he sent, as he can see how many administrators in the network and statistics of players and administrators in the "Statistics" tab or in the player profile, but can not view other tickets. When creating a ticket, the user can specify the player who is currently online or offline, simply by specifying him with a nickname, a Steam profile or a SteamID, as well as he must indicate the reason, everything else at will.
The administrator can take tickets and close tickets (only his own), as well as look in the profile of the players all their tickets. He has access to view all the tickets and history.
The owner has the ability to remove tickets, and customize the addon in the game. In the settings you can change everything you need. When you save the settings, they are updated immediately for all players. Setting parameters is made only in the game.
The ranks of the administrators are given after they decide 10 tickets, it does not matter whether they were evaluated or not. In the settings you can specify for how many days the tickets will be downloaded from the database, on these tickets the rating and the rank of administrators will be built.
If the "Owner Groups" does not contain any groups, then Superadmin will automatically be taken.
